Familiar with Brendan Sodikoff’s Hogsalt empire, Au Cheval, Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, The Doughnut Vault and others since shuttered all visited across the years, it wasn’t until Thursday that a need to visit Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar arose, and much like Chicago’s original the Park MGM Restaurant. Table 34’s menus include fresh fish, pastas, pizzas, and several protein options. The steaks are excellent, the bartenders and staff excellent and the ambiance is cool. Review.
